RETURNS

Most of the goods purchased in our e-shop can be returned or exchanged within the legal fourteen day period, completely free of charge. It is sufficient to send the goods to us or bring them along with a copy of the invoice, the duly completed goods return form, and complete accessories in the original packaging, to the address of our company.

Sterile products must not have broken packaging and must be returned in 100% condition. Electronic devices, such as tattoo machines, power supplies, pedals, and sterilizers must not have the slightest signs of wear. Piercing jewelry can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

Instructions on the Right to Withdraw from the Agreement

1. Right to withdraw from the agreement

• 1.1 You are entitled to withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason within 14 days.
• 1.2 You are entitled to withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason within 14 days after a day following the day when the agreement is concluded, and in case of a purchase agreement when you or the third party entrusted by you (another party other than a forwarder) takes over the goods. 
• 1.3 In order to enforce the right to withdraw from the agreement, you are obliged to inform: Euro Tattoo Supply a.s., registered office: Žitná 1575/49, 110 00 Prague 1, Business Identification No.: 28538692, about your withdrawal by means of a unilateral legal act (for instance, a letter sent by post or fax). You may use the attached sample form for withdrawal from the agreement but you are not obliged to.

• 1.4 In order to keep the period for withdrawal from the agreement, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal before the end of the relevant period.

2. Consequences of withdrawal from the agreement

• 2.1 If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments that we received from you including the costs for transport (except for additional costs incurred due to the delivery chosen by you and being different from the cheapest standard way of delivery offered by us), without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days after the day when we received the announcement of your withdrawal from the agreement. We shall use the same means refunding payments, which you used for the initial transaction unless you expressed otherwise. No other costs will be incurred to you in any case. We will refund payment after we receive and check the returned goods. 
• 2.2 You shall bear any direct costs related to the return of goods. You are only responsible for the decrease of the goods´ value due to its manipulation in another way than necessary for the familiarisation with the nature and characteristic of goods, including their functionalities. 
• 2.3 If you required that the provision of services starts during the period for withdrawal from the agreement, you will pay us the amount proportional to the scope of services provided up to the time when you informed us about your withdrawal from the agreement as compared to the total scope of services stipulated in the agreement.
