I need to change the order that has already been sent.

  • If you send us an order that has not yet undergone full preparation and has not been handed over to the courier for transportation, any changes are possible via the contact form in the order history. We will inform you on the procedures for such a request by answering the message.

When will my order be delivered? / When can I pick-up the order?

  • We try to deal with every order in the shortest possible time. You will always be informed on the change of the order status via an automatic e-mail and the order status can also be tracked in the order history in your User Account. In case of any complications or possible delay time in the execution of the order, we will contact you in advance. Subsequent parcel delivery time then depends on the particular courier that you have chosen.

Changing or returning goods, complaints.

  • We try to deal with any dissatisfaction individually to your complete satisfaction. In the case of any problems or shortcomings, please contact us in advance via the contact form under the order in history, or by e-mail.

How much is the postage?
