Neutral Brown is not a predominately cool or warm color. It is a color used for a person who does not have a distincive/strong yellow, olive, red or pinkish undertone. It is a color that a Warm Modifier can be added to, or it can be mixed with a Red Brown color when less red is needed.

This is a replacement for a Brown N color.
